1. Production Control Staff
Job Description
- Arrange with all concerned to make planning
- Manage parts order & finish good inventory
- Optimize shipping way, schedule & volume with ail customers
- Make Production Planning Schedule
- Monitoring daily product, material & storage
- Monitoring stock material for the production
- Ensure the schedule production running smoothly involve raw moterial, storage, production & logistic.
Qualification
- Male
- Age 21 -24
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
- Have good motivation
- Have job experience in Aufomotive Industry or same industry, and Fresh Graduate are welcome
- Good in Detail. and have strong communication
- Fluently in English, (Can speak Japan, will be good advantages)
- Willing to work in Karawang Timur
2. Group Leader Logistic
Job Description
- Make logistics flow & system for SOP
- Manage 9 team members of Day or Night shifl
- Control KPI to keep good condition in Genba Make Production Planning Schedule
- Monitoring daily product, material & siorage
- Monitoring stock material for the production
- Ensure the schedule produclion running smoothly involve raw material, storage, production & logistic
Qualification
- Male
- Age 24- 28
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree
- Have good motivation
- Have job experience in Automotive Industry or some industry
- Good in Detail, and have strong communication
- Fluently in English, (Can speak Japan, will be good advantages)
- Willing to work in Karawang Timur
3. Logistic Staff
Job Description
- Contact with Forwarder for documents
- Requirements to comply with custom’s rules & regulation
- Be a company represenictive or coordinale with authorized
- Local representatives to deal with government officials for import/export/customs compliance issue
- Coordinate import shipments with internal and external
- Weekly shioping management with suppliers and forwarder
- Performs other duties, tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
- Male/Female
- Age 24 – 28
- Have experience dealing with Forwarder and Custom Office odd advantage At least | year experience in importing field
- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree
- Have job experience in Automotive Industry or same industry
- Understand import process of sea container
- Good in Detail, and have strong communication
- Fluently in English, (Can speak Japan. will be good advantages)
- Willing to work in Karawang Timur
