Qualification
- Age 25-40 years
- Education SMK/D3/S1, Mechancial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or other relevant majors
- Group leader position is preferably at least 2-3 years of work experience in the same position
- Section head position is preferably at least 3-5 years of work experience in the same position
- Department head position is preferably at least 3-5 years of work experience in the same position
- Have a good communication skills, interpersonal skills, leadership skills, planning & organizing skills
- Have a good skills in Operating computers and software
- Have BMC Certificate is preferred
- Have POP/POM/POU certificate is preferred
- Have an understanding of business processes in mining
